Bringing with him a wealth of experience, this talented chef will be supporting local suppliers; sourcing high quality products from within the region to create his new and unique fine dining menu.
Iain's new menu includes a series of Welsh dishes with a contemporary twist, such as the Grilled Rib Usk Valley Beef with Double Dragon Ale Sauce, Lemongrass Panacotta and Green Tea Sorbet.
